Shipping Policy


Shipping is the charge order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Special requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays (Unless specific shipping method is selected with delivers on Saturdays or Sundays). Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at time of order. Shipping charges and times may vary by merchandise.


Shipping Terms


  • Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday.
  • No orders are processed on Saturday, Sunday, major holidays or company closures (See below for holidays)
  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • Shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive.
  • All items qualify for FREE shipping when purchase is $150 or greater.
  • All items ordered before 12:00 noon PT are typically shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 noon PT Friday will be processed Monday.

  • Shipping charges and times may vary by merchandise.
  • A signature may be required, and there may be additional charges if more than one delivery attempt is required.
  • Delivery by some shippers may not be available to some zip codes, please change your shipping method if you encounter an error with a selected shipper.

Orders can be submitted via our website, but will not be processed or counted as in-transit on the following major holidays and company closures.
